Our Services
Arev Home Health Services, Inc. is a Medicare-certified home health agency bringing skilled care to patients in their own homes across the ten California counties on our state license: Kern, Kings, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Tulare, and Ventura. Care is ordered by your physician, delivered by licensed professionals, and built around a written plan of care made for you.
Skilled nursing
Assessment, wound care, medication teaching and management, chronic-disease care, and ordered testing — by registered nurses and licensed vocational nurses.
Physical therapy
Strength, balance, safe movement, and fall prevention at home.
Occupational therapy
Regaining the skills of daily living — dressing, bathing, cooking, and more.
Speech-language pathology
Speech, language, swallowing, and communication.
Medical social services
Connecting you and your family with community resources and support.
Home health aide
Personal care — bathing, grooming, mobility help — under registered-nurse supervision.
What home health is — and what it is not
Home health care is intermittent: scheduled visits, not around-the-clock care. We do not provide 24-hour, live-in, or shift care, and we are not an emergency service — in an emergency, call 911. How often visits happen and how long care continues are set by your physician-ordered plan of care and reviewed with you at least every sixty days. We accept each patient only when we can meet that patient’s needs safely and fully; services outside the disciplines above — such as home infusion pharmacy, medical equipment supply, or hospice — come from your other providers, and we coordinate with them.
